The church was established by the Lord Jesus to encourage and help His followers to serve Him and bring others into relationship with God. The local church is not to be confused with a building or facility. It is simply a network of people committed to fulfilling the work of God. I believe the church should introduce people to Christ, provide an environment to worship God and fellowship with others, and to disciple believers.
